How To Use

The basics of how-to-use the Pure Move Trainer.

3 Step Process

Step #1 - Handle On

Attach the handle below the full training grip, setup above the golf ball and make a takeaway, then go to the top of the swing and then go down to the golf ball.  Take note of different feels, club path (plane), top position, down swing and impact, club-face to hand position should change, weight shift and club path should be different.

Do this 5-10 times until you've developed some type of feel or area of focus in the swing.  Allow the handle to over exaggerate the correct motion and allow your hands to sync-up with your Kinematic Sequence.  Some users feel nothing different until Step #2 or #3.  Stay within yourself 1st time using, going slow and pausing at points of the swing such at top or impact.

Step #2 - Only Training Grip

Handle is removed and the focus is on the hands and the grip.  Note the different sizes and shapes of the grip for top (left hand) and bottom (right hand) for a right handed golfer.

The Patented grip is designed for training your hands to match up with your bodies motion or known as Kinematic Sequence by scientist and top golf coaches.  Use the oval circles in white on the grip, a different one for each hand and corresponding thumb.  Then making some golf swings as similar to in Step #1 feeling what you need too, going slow and then slowly increasing the speed as you become more comfortable with the grip and its relationship of your hands to swing.

Step #3 - Testing It Out

Now using a mid or short iron depending on your set, not longer clubs.

Take cues from the full length training grip, the hand positions  and the Dynamic Torque Converting Lever-System known as the handle.   Take the feels and area's of focus over to your own club.  Your club will be faster and hander to control as it lacks the full training grip and is overall lighter/faster.  Feed back time, was your swing fault fixed?  If so, note to yourself what you did differently, if your can't remember or it did not go well this time, it is back to Step #1 again with the Handle On.  Then Step #2 and #3 again until you've seen a difference your contact, ball flight or your in a 3ft hole now, if so please get out now.
